If you are encountering errors from Ignite, the fastest way to resolve them is to send the error logs to Confio.
Option 1) If you can access the Ignite web interface, click the 'Log' link and select 'Log Files for Confio Support (Zipped)'.
Option 2) If you can’t bring up Ignite’s web page, navigate to the following directory and zip up the logs directory from there. On Windows, the default directory is "c:\program files\confio\ignite pi\iwc\tomcat\". On UNIX/Linux, check "<Ignite Home Directory>/iwc/tomcat/".
Next, email the zip file to support@confio.com. If the file is too large to email, you can upload it (http://www.confio.com/upload)
