Software and documentation are available for currently supported Confio customers only.
If you are a new Confio customer, welcome! Here are the steps for new customers:
- Register for an account on this site. You'll need the Confio Account Number provided when you bought your license
- Once logged in, download and install the Ignite Permanent Key software from this page. It just takes minutes, and all your existing data remains intact.
- Install the permanent or FIRE license keys you received from Confio. Note that the trial software will not accept permanent keys, so make sure you upgrade as instructed here.
